Hannes Editor Question

What does the captial_f_ column in the Hannes Editor represent exactly?
Also, is there something in the Hannes Editor that accelerates a riders stats towards their potential without actually changing the charac_f_ column?

The capital columns show how close a rider is to a stat increase. When it reaches 100, the rider will improve in this stat during the next stat increase.

When you start a career, there's an option called "evolution" of something like that. Setting this higher will make the riders improve faster.
