how can i view in the viewer helmets, frames and the other objects?

Load the .nif file with Nifskope (you can't use the Viewer)...

After:

- View --> Block List --> Show blocks in list
- Then there'll come a whole new menu at your left side.
- Go down to the Nifsource xxxxx_d.tga (no. 29 in my case)
- Load your texture
