Why won't PCM take pictures?

I am starting a story on Friday but my game won't let me take pictures!!! I probably am using the wrong key because I am using Crommy's story guide from 2007 and the keys probably have changed.

ctrl + t is the key, and has been for a while.

Are you checking the my documents folder for them?

Edit: the guide was written for pcm06, since then the image location has changed, it's now My Documents/pro cycling manager (year)/Screenshots
