So I got stuck on may 31st 2010 in my career and had to look around the boards to get past it via Hannes. My final solution was to edit the "gene_date" or whatever that column is (Can't remember off the top of my had) and the "gene_stage_current" (Same thing I'm not sure the name) I edited the date to 6/3/2010 and the "Stage Current" to the Skoda Tour of Luxembourg and upon opening my career it was June 2nd, first odd thing. Then I was going to Sim to the National championships because I was using this as a default game to switch between teams using the editor so I wasn't concerned with results, the simulating went incredibly fast which was nice, next odd thing. Once I tried to play a National Championship TT it just skipped right over it as if there was no race there. After taking a look at the "Calendar" and "Latest Results" page I saw there was also no results listed for any of the simmed race.
Any advice would be great.
Thanks
Shifty

When it does like you describe, it means that you screwed up the stage_current / stage_last settings. The day that you have chosen do not correspond with the stage that you've set to be played. |

I figured that may be the problem but I'm not exactly sure how to fix that, if I want to skip to the last stage of Tour De Suisse for example what stage_current and stage_last would I use?
479 and 478 for the last two days of the race
or
5 for the Race ID
or something different all together, that was the one part I was unsure on while doing the editing

Stage_last is the stage that's taking place BEFORE the stage that you want to play.
(So, if you hadn't made any changes, the stage_last would be what's currently in stage_current)

I understand that much but I didn't understand which IDs to put in, because there was a "Race ID" which was 5 I believe and then a "First Day" and "Last Day" ID which were 470 and 479 I think. so do I use the 400 series or just 5?

You have to enter StageIDs, which can be found in STA_stage. |

Stage_last is the stage which is played before stage_current. |

I don't want to sound rude or unappreciative because I really appreciate your guys trying to help me, but I feel like you just said the same thing twice. I'm asking:
1.) Stage_Current = Stage on the day i'm skipping to?
2.) Stage_Last = Stage the day before?
3.) does it matter what stage it is if there are multiple on that day?

I tried to start over fresh and just sim through everything without an editor and still have the crash on 5/31 and STILL can't figure out what is going on been working at it the last few hours now.
Because i know it's important to you guys that people try everything themselves I've already looked through https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ad_id=8262 as well as various other places I also have a dozen or so bugged saved games in my recycle bin I could show you if you don't believe I've done what I can so far.
I think my problem is coming from th stage_current and stage_last columns, I read Crue said that if there were no more races left on that day to just let it be and since it happens right as the "Day Turn" bar comes up there are no more races that day, however there is a stage race at this time called the "Tour of Berlin" that I can't seem to find anywhere to get a stage ID for and it is during the next day and when I say can't find I mean not in an editor or an in-game calendar.
If someone could just Skip forward one day to June 1st with an editor that would mean a lot to me, I'd ask for advice on how to do it but I think I already have to no avail, maybe it's just getting harder to think clearly the more frustrated i get with this whole process.
Thanks
Shifty
Attached should be the most current Save Game attempt.
P.S. If someone is willing to skip a day for me, everything was running fine until I changed the Unix Number column, nothing else has been touched. |

Now it's not even letting me upload my Saved Game. Yes it's .cdb and yes it's less than 5mb.

But you know that you can upload a file on any upload site and post the link here? |

I tried you save and it does work for me. I was able to participate in the "GT International CTT Correios de Portugal", so what exactly is your problem?
Lachi attached the following file:

I haven't tried to do a race yet but it seems to b simulating everything fine and acting normal now.
So you didn't edit it then? I did notice it was 1/4 the size when I DLed it from here as opposed to when I uploaded it earlier today, not sure if that is significant in this case.
If you didn't edit it I'm really not sure of an explanation, maybe I accidentally got it right in one of my many attempts and was trying to open the wrong game, because last time I tried (what i thought was) that one It said I was Euskatel on 5/31 and then just crashed the second I tried to load it.
