Installation problem.

As i have come to find out, many people have had a problem digitally downloading the game. My problem like many others is the lack of a working .exe file. I tried downloading the replacement file off of this website, unfortunately its a RAR file and it tries to open up with my itunes? The company has been slow to deal with the problem, hopefully some one on here can help? this game looks really good and i hope to be able to play it some time soon!

Did you try google searching for RAR extension?

It'd show you that you need a program to open the .rar-file, such as WinRAR.

ugh its still not working. the file shows up in the download folder as a php file? even though its listed at a rar file.

Did you download and install the program called WinRAR?
Did you download and extracted the file from this site?
I hope that you know how to download a file, normally it is done by clicking on a link (I hope I don't have not explain what a link is....)
