Indeed. Bettini decided he wanted to wear a gold helmet, shoes and saddle (because he's an asshole), and Sánchez decided to do the same.

But you only get a medal. You don't get a jersey for winning the olympics Wink

Infact Sanchez does a different jersey, it has gold sleve caps. It was approved by the olympic commitee.

Yes, the UCI quite rightly won't allow it as the olympics aren't a UCI race
