... and suddenly the vuvuzelas went silent.
Edit: And 30 seconds later they returned stronger than ever.

And now....the worst pun ever:
That substitution clearly took Letsholonyane by surprise

Definate penalty for me. Brought him down, nowhere near the ball, that's a penalty. |

Well said. That about sums it up.
Only one thing was missing: their tactical insight is ZERO. If a team or player doesn't play well because of a tactical reason, they have no idea. And since they have no idea that every game is actually a tactical game of chess and that everything has its reason, they just blame the player for "not wanting it enough" and "not showing enough effort". That's it.
Reminds me of Vialli and Marcotti's brilliant book The Italian Job. There's a chapter where Wenger, Ferguson, Mourinho, Colbert, etc, all rip on the fact that the tactical culture of the average english player, manager and pundit is zero and also explain the reason why.
And not knowing Hamsik and Di Natale, two of the world's best players....jesus christ. Seedorf, what drugs are you on? YOU'VE PLAYED IN ITALY FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS FOR GOODNESS SAKE. YOU'VE PLAYED THEM BOTH. I'VE SEEN THEM BOTH PERSONALLY MAKE YOU LOOK STUPID COUNTLESS TIMES.

Isso, do you now understand why the Dutch team hasn't called up Seedorf for years and years?
We mass ignore him |

Because he shoots every penalty down the middle?
Nah, because he's old, stupid and provides nothing except driving runs, which other players already do for Holland.

yeah but he is also ignored for interviews etc, because he never has anything useful to say
kinda like ruud gullit, who is the worst dutch tv pundit ever, luckily he doesn't get invited much anymore either. |

Don't badmouth Gullit. He likes sexy football
*hip thrust*
Somehow that always conjures images of him raping a ball.
