But it is true. No matter wether it is Football, Rugby or GAA, the irish sports experts are quite old. However, they know what they are talking about...Especially in Rugby!

I said from the football experts  Can't rate the rugby one but saw a youtube video their experts discussing the future of the Heineken Cup which was very interesting.
But the football experts.. 2 were ok but Dunphy (the one always on the right of the table) talked so much nonsense just 2 examples:
Del Bosque earning 50k in a year whilst Trappatoni does 1.8m? He corrected later when he was corrected that Del Bosque does earn far more than just 50k in a year.
Football is in decline everywhere also in.. Germany??
Enough of how much an expert he is^^
Somehow I like the presentation and the shows:
MNS combining 3 shows we have in Germany (on diffrent TV stations)
Talk show, Tactical analysis and showing the highlights (underlined with music  ) in 1 hour.
Showing the highlights of the Saturday games ~18:30-20
The football talk show here: from 11-13 on Sunday
Tactical analysis of the Bundesliga matches ~22-23 on Monday
What we are doing in 4 and a half hour the irish can pack it more interesting in 1 hour XD
Also the TV graphics are much more comfortable.

yeah, dunphy talks a fair bit of white, alright (excuse my french )... but you are right, the layout of the rate analysis is far better than the German ones.
the only really watchable progtam in Germany is the sportschau on Saturdays. then football talk with helmer is just not great... and as for sky bundesliga, whenever I watch it (cl,matches of VB and my favourite team) they seem to be biased towards Bayern Munich. either with hints Towards their great team or an add for some football talk or tactical analysis with somebody from Munich...
also, does sport1 still have that god awful football talk on Sunday mornings? the one with the phrasenschwein... god that was awful...

Yes it still goes on, and god it's not getting any better...
Also they really are incredibly biased towards bayern, no idea why. The best part of it is though, people complain that the only objective commentry guy hates bayern.
@rin we call it soccer because there's also gaelic football. (Final coming up soon )

iOs 7 is a bit disturbing at first, but I think I'll get used to it. I'd say the improvements are worth the annoyance.
