It would take an idiot GT reporter for that to happen - im already backing up the save game after every stage.
Not sure how that would help. If you back it up, and none of the control team finish, then the only way will be to run the stage again, won't it?
Or am I missing something? |

Yes. But, in that way, the rest of the giro wouldn't be compromised. With no control team, you won't go to the rest of the race anymore, I believe... |

Wow that stage 11 was a tough break for some teams...
Luckily it didn't mean bad luck for us. Contador is in 7th, and fairly close to 5th, unlikely to reach it but maybe Di Luca will lose some time on the mountainstages still to come... Marzano and Karpets gotten a bit back which is good for me...
Ardila still doing very nice in 11th... |

Have a feeling that Ricco is injured, making a podium spot for Pozzovivo even more likely. Good TT by him too. |

Thats the point. That stage wont ever have been posted so the only person aware of what happened is me. Pellizotti will win the stage if it does happen though, knowing my luck
And yeh not a big fan of Stage 11, Iglinski has lost like 6 mins in crashes now, Chacon couldve won the Stage and its a pain for crash to decide a race for good.
Hard to judge on Stage 12, hopefully Pellizotti is still on for a Top 5 finish

Pretty nice performance from Keinath in the time trial - 12th place more than I'd expected. Expect him to challenge for Top 10 next year

Awful TT by Rujano and anything further than a Top-10 seems out of the picture.

Hope Lovkvist can hold on to that young rider jersey now he has it.
Very poor TT from him though. |

I can't see you relegating even if Ricco fails here... He still has a lot of racedays left doesn't he? |

Actually Cyanide have implemented a system where a rider does very badly for a couple of days after a crash and then slowly get better.
Rather tedious as it says you arn't hurt and then you fall apart.

Not every crash though?
Basso won a stage the day after he crashed at the Tour of Langkawi. |

no, not always, not sure how it works, but I have had a few riders fall, not get injured and then perform badly for a few days before getting back to normal.

So close to salvaging so far an appalling tour for Virgin, and goodness knows we need the points! |

It depends on what your goals are , cause you are no way near relegation |
