Extract the TONCarolina.xml to "My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2008/Custom Tour".
Play by selecting "Single Player ---> Stage Race ---> Tour of North Carolina"
Enjoy. Could somebody reupload this race? Very great job, but link is dead  |

It's a pity, that you suspend your work, you're really great... but I understand your decision.
However, could I please even though e-mail whith this tour? Only for 'home use' - i'm really ... desperate to have this

Well, normally I wouldn't mind sending people files for personal use, but considering your quality of english is at the same standard as the person(s) who does the site I'm annoyed with, I shall not be sending you the files. I hope you will also understand that decision.
