Sorry for the long absence from HQ updates, been away for most of the year on a place without access to decent internet or a computer I could use.
A podium finish in our second attempt in PCT
That Wiesenhof would take the PCT-crown in dominating fashion wouldnt come as a surprise to many, neither that former PT-team Prio would join them advancing either. Behind those teams, it was pretty open who would promote and who would end outside the top 10 even. Mostly it would come down to planning, in which we did very well apparently. If we look at which of our riders that did best, theres a few surprises. Bilbao for instance, who on paper is only a second tier PCT-Puncheur but almost got top 20 on the induvidual rankings because we sent him to different races than the majority of the PCT Punchy-Cream.
In a year where we really did good at planning when we actually got our riders, in comparison to settings our goals where we failed massively. It was even looking like we would get a solid 0/5, luckily managed we to turn it around in the end and score a much better 1/5 with another close miss aswell (3rd in a win goal). So its looks like our PT-salary wont be too hefty too say atleast.
The puncher galore worked out in the end, glad it all worked out in the end. I would say you clearly send the right punchers to the right place for them and also managing to have room for so many from the transfer season, means you just struck gold! You have a strong team going into the PT, so you just need a GT leader and you should be good to join the PT
@Danny Thanks alot, it definetely worked off even better than I expected! It will be an interesting transfer season for sure, with alot of possibillites considering my many leaders
@Shonak Thanks and same to you! Look forward to another year of facing you aswell

As you can see, not the best result in terms of completing our goals and thats something we definetely need to pick more carefully before the next season around. But eventhough we completed far less goals than last season, we are way more pleased with this outcome than back then where we only had something to cheer for when our old star Brajko was racing, now we almost had expectactions and hope in every race which made the season way more fun to follow from our point of view!
Manager's note: Really exciting to finally finishing developing our biggest talent yet probably in Carapaz, aswell with levelling up some domestiques. We now have very few talents in our club who arent maxed yet, so thats definatly a spot where we need to improve on again.

As you can see, creating a worthy team for top caliber GC-rider has always been a part of the long-term game plan for us. We had a such a quality rider before in Brajkovic, but he came at too big of a cost and we was clearly lacking anywhere else when we had him. But now that we have strenghten our core and received promotion to the top division in the game, we feel that its time to invest in another superstar to not let our GC-setup go to waste.
That said, it isnt certain in any way that we actually manage to get hold of such a rider, but if we do, we plan to improve further on the setup as its clearly needet looking at the already existing setups by the top teams.
Congratulations on the great season. Also nice to see you planning ahead, hopefully you do well in the off season and can prove to be a great conteder in PT!
I wonder if your south american setup can find a place for certain GT -caliber rider from eastern europe, or you will be rather looking for a spanish speaker
Anyway, whoever will be signed in the end, good luck in PT, you certainly have a good base to be decent there.
@Avin Well, I certainly wouldnt mind getting the someone from eastern europe to lead my setup If I want to go such a prise heavy-route is yet to be decidet though.
