I can't. Not even the zcts-file can be loaded into the pcm15 editor.
I am gutted
It works for me. And Tafiolmo had it working too, so I guess the problem must be on your side. Did you try to lower your graphical settings?
edit: You could try to download the Personnal IBs pack linked in the opening post.
CONFIRMED

Wow, the Paris-Roubaix is a masterpiece. And the last cobble actually makes the race more exciting because AI attack in there.

Thank you all to love my Paris - Roubaix
And togo95 thank you for helping me when I didn't have too much time and motivation.
I think that joining the stagemakers from Daily and PCM France could do great things.

But with the ZCTS, you will do a lot of variants.

Indeed, a high quality ZCTS of the flanders region could be immensely useful.

Santa Claus has arrived early. just think we could have Ronde modern route, Ronde traditional route or Ronde variant. We could even have an E3 Harelbeke as well.

You're right, I just checked.
In fact, there is a small cobbled section, not all the climb.
If other specialists of this region see other errors, write them

This is like a PCM dream and can't wait for this Ronde. I see what you've done with this variant. You've put the Bosberg before the Muur and the Paterberg before the Oude Kwaremont.
