That was quite a statement from Contador
Never thought he would be able to do better than Machado, but blitzing home for second place on the stage and gapping everyone except Schleck and Amador with at least 50 seconds is kind of unbelievable.
4th place, and in front of Machado once again, is great, and far more than it looked like he would get after the first six stages.
Thanks again for your reports, tsmoha.
And congratulations, SN! It will certainly be interesting to see how Schleck will do in le Tour against slightly tougher opposition. |

Well congrats SN, Schleck was pretty dominant here. Great reporting tsmoha, both here and in the Dauphine. On to the Tour!

Two major things to take from this race:
1) Prio Porto are doomed, totally underwhelming from Macado.
2) Vesuvio are in business, a massive statement from Schleck.
Fantastic reporting job from tsmoha as ever. A stage win is a good tonic for our team.

Really enjoyed Kazzinc Procycling as a wildcard
Yep, they are everywhere now, winning in PCT and doing great in PT wildcards, shame that their manager is nowhere though.
Big congrats to Schleck and Vesuvio, i found it quite amusing that eight tours in Switzerland have seen eight different winners. Great reporting Tsmoha, another fantastic double header with two PT races + PCT TTT from you!!!

Fantastic to see Vysna got another stage win for me! Velits' 9th place is a decent result after all as well. Decent race overall as well. Big thanks to tsmoha for reports and congrats to Vesuvio too!

A little bit underwhelming for us, but 5th isn't all that bad. Absolutely dominant performance from Schleck. Congrats on the triumph, SN. Also Contador and Amador were both pretty good.
Thanks a lot for the reports tsmoha, great effort, highly appreciated.

I had very low expectations from Swiss/Dauphine combo, so I guess I should be satisfied with couple of podiums, achieved by Degenkolb & Suryadi.
Congrats to both winners, while Schleck was dominant through whole race, battle between Taaramae and Spilak was one of most thrilling I remember in MG. Thanks very much tsmoha for fast and brilliant reporting!

Stage 1 and I already see a great fight between my future rider Demare and my former rider Thire!
Great to see that Demare is already partially responsible for a WT stage win by leading out Guerao really well, altough Festina can't really catch a break with that Ratiy crash...
Sucks to have VDB miss out so easily on such a crucial stage, I'd really prefer to see him have a similar season for BPost as he had for me.
At least they were able to strike back a bit with the good TTT win.
12th and 20th from the peloton for Demare in those two flat-ish stages is good, especially because I always wondered if his rather mediocre flat stat would hurt him on that high level.
Machado is riding far from impressive enough to give Prio hope, I feel...
Stage 8 could've been a good shot for Demare, but my former loanee Pozzo doing very well is good news too.
In the end a convincing ride by Schleck to justify his off-season training, a good showing by Amador and Cunego too while Machado struggled and Velits/VDB really suffered from this early mishap.

The only training Schleck has this off-season was 61 ->62 Sprint and 63 -> 64 Downhill

Well then whenever he had the training, I wasn't explicitly saying this year's training, just that he wasn't born this way
