Awesome db, thank you. Just one question: don't you think Cadel is a little overrated? 78 MO, is a little to much.

I don't think so. Do not take a stat as one.
He was very good in the Giro but he lost a lot in the last week. And his low recovery will recreate the situation and result again in this db. |

Here you can find the solution:
If you want to play with the Paris Roubaix of Pack Ita (made by Ricardo123)
Download this:
https://www.dropb...20Files.7z
And unzip the folder here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2014\3D\Landscapes\IsolatedObjects\Roadside
or if you don't use steam
C:\Program Files (x86)\cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2014\3D\Landscapes\IsolatedObjects\Roadside
ALTERNATELY
- Go into Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2014\Mod\Stages,
- Delete the stage topclas_proubaix_2014.cds and zces
- Go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2014\CM_Stages
or if you don't use steam
C:\Program Files (x86)\cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2014\CM_Stages
and rename the stage topclas_roubaix_2014.cds and zces into
topclas_proubaix_2014.cds and zces
In this way you will restore the original Paris-Roubaix

This is the DB I am playing with at the moment and I find the best at the moment, so I thought I'll take some of my time to recommend few things connected to stats, graphic mistakes and stuff like that - which are hopefully going to be corrected in next version:
Stats - not many needs to be corrected, as they're pretty decent in my opinion. However, here are some:
- Ramunas Navardauskas deserves much better SP/ACC stat than 73/73 (I'll recommend 77's or even 78's, as he really did good on the Tour)
- Tom Dumoulin deserves better FL and SP stat than 73 and 61. He was the key man for Kittel's sprint train most of the time and sometimes even the leadout, which he definitely can't do with 73 FL and 61 SP.
- Jurgen Roelandts HIL stat (76) needs to be a bit lower, while his SP can get a bit higher(73 atm).
- Kevin Reza can get SP/ACC update to 75's, as he's now on 73/74. He was pretty decent leadout for Coquard this Tour.
- Bryan Coquard can get 1 or 2 higher SP stat, as I think he deserves a bit more than 77 atm.
- Majka can get ACC boost, as he's 72 atm and he already showed some nice attacking skills.
- Voss can get an overall update (MO/HIL and especially TT).
- Barta needs a big TT boost, aswell.
- Chavanel needs a little MO boost, 2-3+ stats.
- Colbrelli needs MO boost and perhaps few lower ACC stats.
- Pibernik isn't a climber/puncheur, but hilly sprinter and a talent. I'd suggest 70/71 SP and 69/70 HIL with high MO stat for a sprinter, perhaps 65.
- Muhlberger and Postlberger both deserves MO/HIL boost.
- Bauhaus definitely needs MO/HIL update, as he's 55/59 atm.
- Cort's ACC stat needs to be few points lower, as 77 is a bit too high.
- (I hate myself for saying this ) - Bole is a bit OP. 74/76 is a bit too high for him, IMO. He can be 73/74 or even lower.
- I already said this, but just to mention it that Sovac has RIWAL logo and that should be corrected.
---
All in all one really good DB there. Well done. There are definitely few more things and stats to improve which I missed, but I just mentioned the ones I noticed while playing. Thanks for this great DB and keep on doing a great job!

Thank you very much stylus but i have found another solution that seems much easier. Just go in graphic options and deactivate isolateds buildings, the last option.

If i want to use the Tour of Utah stages in another game where i don't use the Italian pack, can i then just fix the stage names and put them into my folder?
Or do i still need to go into the editor and fix som stuff? |

True, You have only to rename stages.
Be careful, is dangerous turning from PackITA for a worst product

I've been enjoying PackITA as well. I've tried A.S.O.DB 2014 and FDC 2014. The previous has some minor issues with graphics and crashing (according to some users), and the latter has a lot of races that make simulation - and one season - too long.
I like how PackITA rider's status are not too far fetched in the 80's like some other DB's I've seen.
EDIT
Milan San Remo with this DB crashes for me though, so not every DB is perfect =)

Stylus, thanks for posting version 1.2.
Does the new version fixes involve having to start a new career? And does it have the Vuelta starting list?
EDIT: Just checked, there is a startlist xml for the Vuelta, so I think it's there. And I'm answering my own question here, but since there is a new DB file called "PackITA2014v1.2.cdb" one will have to start a new career to take advantage of the new fixes.

It is a different db, so there should be things that overwrites expansion pack files, for example shirts or frames.
Anyway, we have already started working on PackITA 2015
