Adam Maher wont win you it next year but he will for sure be a star by next WCup he is class, everyone may have a few bad games, season not even old yet. Look at Erikson he was the Spurs savious at first he as been absoloute poor so far, dont mean he is a bad player give it time, same as Lamela i seen him in an admittedly slower league but he was awsome for Roma |

Yeah you're right about that, but still I don't see the big potential in him.
He played very good for AZ and that got him the spot at PSV.
But I don't think he will ever reach the level of a Sneijder, Van der Vaart etc.
He will be good, but not a star. But we will see

Yes i see what u mean, who knows he may be a dud or may be as i think a star, i also think Eng fans should not be pessimistic as i see a very bright future for them, Phil Jones, Jack Wilshere Ross Barkley, Ravel Morrison wiill all be in the 2018 squad i would expect and their all great. |

Yeah you're right about that, they have still a lot of time to develop
Who know who our future stars will be!

The problem with England however is they always seem to have such talents: players like Ashley Young and Wayne Rooney were also considered future Ballon d'Or winners, but both aren't playing well at all at the moment.

10 goals in 16 appearances from Rooney seems pretty good if you ask me.
Anyway Australia drew a terrible group but I don't think it matters, we were never going to qualify. At least this way I get to watch some high quality teams beating us.

Rooney's the only reason United aren't in the relegation zone

As sad as it is, that's true. Him and de Gea. Actually, why is Cech nominated for the fifa squad of the year and de Gea not? Cech is really past it, imo.

New Zealand ddnt even qualify so you have done better than us.
I gotta agree with you, the Aussies don't have a chance at all. Although keep in mind, in 2010 Spain lost to Switzerland in the group stage so you never know?

Then there's still the Netherlands and Chile to beat. Going to be tough for them

World Cup just 100 days away!
Brazil is the outright favorite to win while Spain looks to be the first repeat winner since Brazil in the 1960's!!

All the predictions are about whether it will be ready in time
Curitiba is cutting it incredibly tight (like May!) and if it has another multi-day delay it won't be hosting any games.
Also a lot of talk about Fan Zones with the local governments not wanting to build them. FIFA pointed out it's in their contracts and that if they don't they'll pull the competition and give it to someone else

I don't see what Fair Play has to do with politics tbh. Besides, the WC is not about politics at all, it's about football. To exclude Russia because of the current situations would be rubbish. Besides, I don't think anyone objected against Korea DPR 4 years ago.

Well, Selwink sums up what I was going to say nicely...(even wanted to use Korea as example )
It doesn't make sense to me to exclude Russia.
