Scarponi Crashes out of Giro in Pink
The Former race leader who has lead the race since stage four crashed on the Wet roads of stage 13. Which was won by Andre Greipel. Greipel's teammate Jelle Vannedert inherits the lead after Scarponi's misfortune. He said this at the jersey presentation: This is not the way I wanted to take the lead in this race. Scarponi was the strongest rider here and doesn't deserve this.

Well, sad to see Scarponi crash out of the race, but now the team has the Maliga Rosa and Greipel got his second stage win!

Tour of Luxembourg Prologue
The Five day Tour of Luxembourg starts with a 3.2 km time trial. I hope for a top 20

The best early time was set by Radioshack rider Jesse Sergent.

His time was beaten by his teammate Andreas Kloden who went one second faster with a time of 4 04.

Kloden was beaten by another Radioshack rider Tiago Machado who rode the the 3.2 km course in 4 03.

The best time of the day was not set by a Radioshack rider but by a rider from Astana Andriy Grivko who set a time of 4 02.

I was the fifth to last rider to finish and rode a solid ride and finished 19th with a time of 4 07.
