Mark me down as definite for September.
Are we going with a Continental squad or are we starting off in the Pro Tour. I love the idea of starting out as a Continental and building it up for the Pro Tour.
What will we do if one of our riders tests positive for doping? |

We are defintely starting in the Cont Tour. At the very bottom of it preferbably.
Also, if a rider gets a two-year "injury", he's to be sacked on the spot. As far a hemocrit values go, its two strikes and out.

In the portuguese teams you can have max one that aint from Africa or Iberia. Well, using my houserules anyway.
