Just my 2 cents on teams from here in the team list: if you're considering the team's history, there's no way Atlético Mineiro and Fluminense are in while Flamengo and Internacional aren't (the latter being a bit detabatle though)

I think you should consider the official UEFA points system for european teams.
https://www.uefa.com/memberassociation.../index.htm
This only includes european competitions and not the national leagues and it gives a weight to the country by their teams results. It's based on the results from the last 5 years, so it takes consistency to be on the top of the list. |

got the error in pcm12 editor when I want to add a team:
the key 0 does not exist in DYN_TEAM........
what can I do about that? |
