Sporting said I'd have to give you all the .xml file. if I understood correctly, all you have to do is pot it in your "Costum Tour" folders.
if you're fine with that, do you want the one that ends at the Scanuppia climb or the stage that has the Passo Gavia, Passo di Stelvio and Mortirolo all in one?

take this file that I've attached and put it in your "my documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\CustomTour" folder and that's all
PS: unfortunately I had to .rar the file (the forum doesn't accept .xml files), so extract what's inside to the CustomTour folder...
