new to pcm series help me plzz

The file is called local.cdb and I thought that you already opened it. How is that possible if you don't know where it is?

If you mean the table within the database, then it is called STA_localized_string, as posted by luigi.

found what i did wrong that i did not open STA_localized_string,thxa lot to all
