nope..
If a free agent has not been signed, then the following will happen:
- If their has been no bid for 24 hours, then the free agent will be signed to the last bid
- If their has been a bid in the previous 24 hours, then only those who have participated in the bidding can participate in a secret auction - they must then send me a PM with the rider's name in the title, and write their final bid for the rider in the meesage box - the rider will then move to the highest bidder

So, i recon thers a deadline for sending in the closed bid..like tonight at 21.30 GMT or something?
Can you tell I'm anxious to see if im too spendy or to stingy with my bids - and also to get my team sorted out!

Well i think the deadline will be 24 hours after whenever Crommy gets round to starting the whole silent auctions thing. I think he's at school at the mo.

Its really hard to get "down" again, afte rthe excitement and fun of the transfer window. It turned out to be a whole lot of fun, and not nearly as confusing as it started out.
I think most players feel they have made good and ok and bad trades, but hopefully most of the ok and good.
I know I like my team now a whole lot, even though I should propably be sponsoed by an Old Peoples Home, rather than Carlsberg

To be honest i'm glad it's nearly finished
now we get to the racing, well after all the other bits are finished like startlists, etc. (which i don't mind helping with btw )
should be good to see what everyone's teams are like

yes you haven't exactly improved it a great deal, if you had kept the name Bouygues then it could have been good fun
but you do have Piepoli and the rider who i think may win the continental tour this year, Rujano
his stats are amazing, i think he has an awesome chance of winning lots of races

I like my team.
I got 4 good GC riders, 2 good 1 day riders. I wish I had Mazzoleni or Garzelli, and still waiting to see if I won Savoldelli.
If I didnt im going to be rich for next transfer period, which is ok i guess.

how rich?
I really like my CT team, i have 4 really good climbers(Garate, Astarloza, Mazzanti, and Uran), and hills riders(Wegmann, Pasamontes, Sergei Ivanov). Usov is a good CT sprinter.
