I'm pretty sure a patch for 1.0.4.1 would work for 4.2 and 10.3.0 if you really tried. Crue just uses both to make sure it can be as compatible as possible.
Will try this out.

Meaning that it won't work properly for 1.0.4.2.
Anyway, I'll look into the file. As far as I remember, the original 1041 Local for PCM.dailys DB had a minor bug (the Niv Libner-thing). I'll fix that and make a 1042 Local too. |

You have to play with the PCMDaily 2011 DB.
You go to My Documents folder, and replace the local.cdb |

Im pretty sure new names are generated at the start of each year so if you are close to the years end in your career you will probably have the new names for next season, but not the season your in the middle of.

Hopefully there won`t be riders like Baris Dao from Denmark then. Except of this is really a Danish name  |

Seeing as it is taken from old CM db, I guess that Baris is from Danish/Turkish player Baris Özcan and Danish/Vietnamese player Phong Dao. So Baris Dao is turkish/vietnamese name And I have deleted both Baris and Dao, so now they should be strictly danish
You can unpack the DBs (I use full editor) and the ncopy the 4 files associated with new rider names, and paste them over the 4 files from the ASO DB. That should work.

You just replace the local.cdb in My Documents folder, if you already play with PCM Daily 2011 DB
