According to Matt Rendell on Twitter, Thomas punctured at the foot of the final climb.
But I just spotted him towards the front of the pack

This time there's no "I was injured 3 weeks ago. it's still affecting me" excuse. This time everyone can see he's just overrated.

Thomas has been dropped too, hasn't he?
Evans for yellow, it seems. |

He's not overrated. It's his first Tour, and the heat is unbearable. |

There goes Valls, showing well yet again.
He's an extremely promising young climber. One of Footon's 3 very promising youngsters, along with Felline and Brändle
Remember, he's a neo-pro and just turned 23

He's done well, outclimbed many. I say a great big HA to whoever gave him no chance of doing better than Cancellara, earlier in this thread.
No Yellow though - Maybe in a few years

Chava doesn't have the gap he needs. Cuddles in yellow for a day
EDIT: Nevermind, commentators gave the wrong gap

Chava in yellow.
What Evans wouldn't give right now to have a team that could chase Chava down

2010 - The year of greedy TDF stage winners.
What is it about the number 2.

Great ride by Valls. Footon proved that they are here to race, despite the young team.

Cunego finished 3'07 behind Chavanel. That's pretty bad. He'll never win anything in the Tour.
