Looking forward to the last stage. Would be extremely happy if the pack broke in pieces again giving me 3 riders in top 10, but I think I'm dreaming again

Hopefully its a crit meaning no wind. Eventhough my team has been on the front in the wind throughout i have a feeling it has fatigued Rasmussen to much to do a proper lead-out for Vanoverschelde.

Seeing how my team has managed to place themselves I would be very happy with yet another windy stage. 20 riders in front. 4 of them mine

I'd love Castañeda to get the placing that would give him the bonus seconds to win the race, but my main hope is simply that he doesn't fall off. |

I'm glad I was unlikely to figure in the sprints. Makes my win even more rewarding!
Target 1 achieved! Win the TTT!

Damn, that's quite a bad start of the season for us judging by the team we sent here.

You call it a present, but they earnt it. They, Carmeuse, and Pearl pressed on, got a gap, and kept it.
While on Stage 4 there were perhaps too many up front - aswell as a team or two keeping a chase up behind. In Stage 5, there was ultimately too few strong riders up there to relay - of those making the split, only Cafe de Colombia and Philips really committed, with too many riders dropping back, and a strong chase behind.
This time, the strong teams were those in the 'break', with Auber also there only needing to sit on. There was no real organisation behind, the remaining sprinters there didnt even try to close it, and so the gap was achieved.

It's a game based on a rather poor AI, nothing is deserved. At best it's statbased, but presents and luck is 50% of the game imo. Luckily that percentage seems to level out over an entire season the way we race it. At least almost.
