I'm going to stay where I am (for now), but going out to have fun with the girlfriend, instead of working on these stupid projects until 3 am every day
now back to topic. |

Levi dropped back A LOT because of a problem, and Wegelius crashed a bit hard.
Lampre follows the T-Mobile cue and relays in the peloton despite having a guy in the break...

yup. that crash + the knee injury + the effort to get back on and that all means he's toast.
EDIT: Moreau will attack pretty soon.

Help him? He has just dropped them, hasn't he?
Edit: Oh, he didn't. Thought he had.

They could get a stage win, also get the yellow, two perfect reasons

he's struggling to hold onto Rasmussen's pace. but that's not the point. point is, Valverde is the leader, and he will work for Valverde no matter what. a "screw the leader" attitude would get him fired (and rightly so). |

It's only Rasmussen who can get away with "screwing the leader"
Ivan Parra has withdrawn. |

Menchov is a nice guy. any other would send Rasmussen flying down the mountain.
Rogers caught and dropped. finito.
EDIT: who's T-Mobile leader now? Kirchen?

One of them was Stuart O'Grady who is now on his way to the hospital. |
