Sastre and Menchov, my big question is who will be team leader and leader for the Tour de France.

Menchov for the Tour, Sastre for the Vuelta - could be either for the Giro.

I think cycling transfer season can almost compete with NBA's. |

All the dominos are falling in place. Now all we need is for the Milram guys to sign.

Am I right to believe that next season there will be no big German team in cycling, wow first they scrap the tour of germany now this, cycling in germany really has gone down since 2008.

Indeed. The new Luxembourg team will have several German riders. Plus Team NetApp wants to ask for a Pro Continental License and in 2011 for a Pro Tour License. So I really hope they will become the next big German team. |

there are several people to point the blame at. Yes it's a shame, but it'll pick back up eventually.

Maxim Monfort & Brian Holm -> Team Auchan?

Unbelieable! I was 100% Menchov would go to Katusha. I really doubt Sastre will be a leader if they are both in the same race. I mean look at the difference between Sastre and Menchov at the tour (with all due respect to Sastre).
"Damiano Cunego, Janez Brajkovic and Chris Horner also rumoured to be in talks with Geox."
Hmmm i wonder if they will be able to extend their ProTour license if they get another big signing
