Sky is taking it again. Also Cunego with a strong result.
Hoping to see more updates soon. Wondering where Meintjes, Pozzovivo, Nerz, Kudus, Peraud etc. are.

Nice to see my man Mikel Landa up there in second behind Porte. Hopefully he can have a strong Giro del Trentino after that stage victory in Pais Vasco.

Speaking of Tour of Croatia:

That was nice to watch with all the lesser teams performing in it Smile, good one two for CCC Wink

Nice to see some Polish teams and riders in front, Rutkiewicz and Patera made great work for Bole. Grin

Well it was anything but a standard sprint with two crashes in the last two corners a few hundred metres from the line, the first one caused by a moto being waaaay to slow through the inside of the corner.

Smoku
Yup, that was like everything that could go wrong...

CCC Sprandi is after all by far the strongest team in the race and on their way to Giro so in a growing form. Their aim is to get 5 stage wins and one would be surprised if they ddidn't get at least 3 or 4. Funny thing, I rather expected Szmyd to perform as GC leader in Croatia, but it looks like Paterski doesn't want to slow down after last few good results.

Still, I'm wondering if Active Jet will be able to show something. And of course - go, Radenska! Grin

Well he did, Bole had mechanical 2 km outside of the finish. Good job Franczak as well.

Nice win for Pozzovivo. Cunego's resurrection?

Glad to see Pozzovivo doing well, it'll be important to have him at his best at the Giro in order to challenge Porte and Contador. Same can be said about Cunego to a lesser extent. Too bad Aru is being a little ill with the team he will be having at his disposal at the Giro, hoping the best for him. Especially Landa who finally is showing his talent Banana

Indeed he is having a good season so far, I remember seeing a bit of him in breaks at the Giro last year and thinking he was climbing decently, and last year was his first season outside South America, where he had performed pretty decently by the looks of things. Would have been interesting to see what he could have done at the Giro had Colombia been given a wildcard ahead of the Poles or one of the dodgy Italian teams.
