we usually say these things in the middle of conversations (with the page being constantly on the homepage) and don't say it in a fashion that it is a fact. for example, we would have said "Next year Cannondale should be a CPro Team"

surprised that Lindeman isn't the first signing for that team since it's basically the whole reason the team was created in the first place.
and the other hand Hoogerland seemed to be desperate for return to the Netherlands. he was so close to throwing a note in a bottle in the ocean begging to take him back
