Wind could very well have changed cause all riders in the 10-20 region very far down at the intermediate point.
Konig for example also at 1'33

Uuh, ok. That seems legit, but Porte will still at least lose 2 minutes to Uran and at that point, its over anyways. Unless its a total collaps by their GC-hopes today
