Well, it looks like after 6 years of playing my career could be over. After third stage of Tirreno-Adriatico game crashed, and now everytime I try to load it, it throws me back to Windows. Any ideas what I can do to solve this problem?
Thanks for all the suggestions. Unfortunately I can't skip a day, as my game crashes straight after being loaded Maxime.
It must be something wrong with the CDB file, as it's 0 KB. I tried your tip Rider, but I might be doing something wrong. I removed my save, leaving the ~CDB file, but then I can't load my game (it's not listed among saves). I even tried to leave other 2 files, and replace only CDB file with weekly save, but it still takes me a week back (or so).
Well, the good, and most important news is I can load that weekly save and continue my career (tell me Rider where on my team's jersey you want your logo), but obviously I would much rather just continue without having races I already had, so if it's me, that's doing something wrong, let me know, and I will try to fix it.

Yeah I knew because the same problem happened to me, ironically when I was coca cola aswell. I couldn't load the ~file either, so I had to resort to the weekly save, gutted I lost some days but not the whole career. That is PCM, always trying to screw us over!!!
ps, no need to put my name on your jersey, but if you are creating some jersey it would be great to see.
I just played stage 2 of Paris-Nice again, and... yet again my game crashed shortly after the race was finished, so it looks like my problem isn't solved yet.

It looks like I finally managed to finish a race. It looks like I have some problem with the memory (however don't know if that's RAM or virtual memory), as I get that warning as soon as I'm back to Windows. Funny enough I don't get it on the other save. I sent Lluuiiggii a message, but it looks like his a database expert, so I don't know if he will be able to help.
I've change my virtual memory settings, and it looks like it solved the problem. Anyway I finished both Tirreno-Adriatico and Paris-Nice. I played only vital stages, like flat ones in Paris-Nice and mountain in Tirreno-Adriatico, as they were important for my sponsors. I managed to fulfill both goal - a stage win in France, and top 5 in Italy. Actually both tours went very well for my team.
After that my team took part in Handzame Classic (1.1).
Due to rank of the race I gave my best sprinter - Valery Burlakov off. His replacement - Kris Boeckmans led by Alex Rasmussen did pretty good, snatching 1-3 for the team.
Youngster Pawilowski also did quite well, finishing top 10.

Handzame Classic was just a warm up before great Milan-San Remo.
Especially that it was another race on my sponsor's list (a 4-star worth top 5).
Both my hopes - Burlakov and Rolland were in great shape for this classic (fitness 96 and 97), but there was a buch of other great riders who wanted to win it (Cavendish, Sagan, Kern, Boasson Hagen).
With 47,5 km to go Heinrich Haussler launched attack, burning his chances for a win, as he was caught few km later.
On Poggio di Sanremo Pierre Rolland counter attacked Castroviejo. He was led by Spanish for few kilometers, and then launched attack himself...
As you can see, he was just few meters short, as Julian Kern snatched the win from him. However he managed to finish 2nd, and with good sprint from Burlakov I ended up with 2 men on the podium, and most importantly - fulfilled my sponsor's goal.
