The bad news for you is that after this race, you'll be down to 5th as my team, Saunier Duval will be moving infront of you.

It may have been the 2006 course yes, as there was no Mountain TT.
It was whichever course came with PPDB.

And he has nice backup as well. Just checked my lineup, and its my best 9 riders. I Have high hopes (and the cattleprod ready).
