Yes in that folder ('CM_Textures/cycliste/team/thr/' put the road jersey named 'thr_maillot.tga' ang the time trial jersey named 'thr_maillot_itt.tga' (the time trial one hasn't to be there)...the champion's jerseys are named 'thr_maillot_xxx.tga' and 'thr_maillot_xxx_itt.tga' where xxx is abbreviation of the country... |

It doesn't make a difference unless you have the national champions for the same country for both RR and ITT and you want them to have different kits. (i.e. Sanchez and Valverde in 2008) |

This is the one they've been using for most races recently, I saw them at the Philadelphia International Classic with it, and they still had it at the Vuelta a Colombia in June so maybe the UCI has gotten to them about changing kits every race. |
