But Denmark won the whole shit but we did beat ya!!

Easy question. IHF wants to spread handball to other nations, therefore there's a rule about which referees that get to go to the big events. These are not necessarily the best since a bunch of them come from countries where you don't have professional handball.
= bad judges.
The same rule was in football previously, but was later removed, simply because FIFA realised that the judges can't really do well in big matches.

The "" smiley is when you wink to someone, like they made a mistek of some kind and you correct it and give them a wink. The "" smiley is more a sarcasme smiley than the wink smiley, as it shows that what you said, was supposed to be funny, and on theese forums sarcasme is mostly used in fun, not to look down on someone.
