Missed the first deadline, but nothing happened. Nobody was lynched next day, so it didn't hurt too much. That night when jseadog1 was killed I indeed investigated trek as I thought he was very suspicious by not posting at all (given his frequent activity at all other times ). He came up town and since he was the first person I tried it was only a 16.66% chance that he was the Godfather, so I didn't pursue it.

Martial's quick vote for Paul was the most suspicious thing that I saw early on, and if I'd known that would count as a lynch I definitely would have cancelled it out because it was a huge overreaction stemming from what I thought was a joke. Paul is lynched and then PeterRyder is night-killed.

Since I was already suspicious of Martial, I wanted to make sure I could believe weirdskyfan, so I investigated him. He too came up as town, but I couldn't understand how he would know Martial was mafia if I was the only detective. I thought I could reveal him as a possible Godfather by getting him to publicly state he was the detective, but it turns out he wasn't.

Went with him because he didn't use the obvious explanation of detective. Only later did I read the PM after it was confirmed as fair play, but then it turns out the "evidence" didn't really prove anything much at all. Certainly not that Martial was part of the mafia.

With the game already over (unless one the one remaining townie was bbl, who had a weapon from weirdskyfan), I investigate Luxemburger, figuring that he must be mafia along with Luigi and one of trek/bbl. Turns out that he was just another townie who never said much.
