the_hoyle, I agree with you.
Two examples are murao22´s SLO NC and my ESP NC, which you can see in our Showrooms.
Follow my advice and you´ll make great NCs. I recommend you vectorized logos

How ironic MARS! Now you agree with me yet a couple of weeks ago you said the same you didn't want to take my advice when I tried to help. Vectorised logos? You can't even get the logos to appear correctly on your own shirts so maybe work on that before you comment
I think everyone's problem when it comes to new jersey makers, is that you think you need to do big designs, or massive packs that only you will probably use. Trying taking your time when working on them. Test them fully (I mean in game looking at it from all angles to make sure everything is ok) and go back to edit any issues that don't look right.
Over night I have seen many different jerseys appear that clearly haven't been tried in game. Coolrex your NCs are an example and MARS you pinerello trek jersey is another (I have so much to say about your latest work MARS but I am not bothering if you can't be bothered with what I say). You even said as you posted it that it wasn't tested! Why put it up if that is the case? The work looks rushed and it is clear to see. If you want to earn respect within the jersey making community, spend more than a day on something. My Lucky Strike jersey was 3 days work before I even started thinking about releasing it. Even then it was another 2 days before I was happy.
If you don't have the patience to work on something til it is right and can't be bothered going back to something to improve the quality then you will never learn

I have problems with the color noise, or what it called is.
this way it's harder to select the specific area.
how do i remove that noise so that i can select the whole area
Example the Bad Quality World Template. which has the part from red to blue.
but in between it tries to match from red to the blue color. which makes it less quality
how to remove that?
because Remove Noise wont work |

I don't even know where to begin with that WC vesion... I'll keep it simple
1) Stupid pixelation
2) Variation in band sizes
3) Edges of the bands going over the borders of the shirt
I'll ignore the fact WC shirts are supposed to be white, not red.
This looks like it was made in 2 minutes (and it probaly was) in MS Paint (wouldn't surprsie me if it was). I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever want to use this jersey in a career because it is simply bad.
Just don't post a jersey unless you are 200% happy it's great, not just good or ok. You cannot think this is even ok, or you need to go and get an eye test.
Speed is not a good thing in jersey making. It will take time to do it right and if you are not doing it right why do it at all. These are comments i can apply to the majority of jersey you've made, if not all.
I'd love to see you take 3-5 days on a jersey. Work with a variety of skills to build up various layers and a more complex design. Make sure every line is smooth. Make sure every logo is of a high qualty. Come up with something that really shows off your skills as a jersey maker and to make those skills better.
Because that jersey is awful and your recent ones are not good. Is 100 bad jerseys really worth the effort?

ok that's you're opinion.
but it wasn't made so fast.
it needed time and effort.
i needed to edit the whole World Template because the templates that were on this forum were just too bad to use.
but why does it needs to be fully white? isn't this just nice to have?
if it's that kind of problem i will change it.
and why are the band sizes such problem.
you almost don't see the different.
and otherwise it is not fully my fold that the templates of NC's were so bad.
but i will show some quality with the NC's i'm gonna make
but thanks for the opinion.
i will take you're tips and apply them
next time. if i want to do that.
and the things aren't over the border.
the border is white and the uploadsite
made the transparent area's white too.

Can you upload the templates you use?
But my biggest concern is the pixelation of the lines all over the jersey. Bands are pixelated, shapes are pixelated, logos are pixelated. I have never seen another jersey maker with so much pixelation that isn't using a bucket-fill tool or isn't re-coloring another jersey!
And that isn't an opinion, None of what i said was an opinion, it's simple fact. You must put more time and more effort into the jerseys to make them good, because, and i can't stree this enough, your jerseys are not good. The best of them are only ok, many are poor quality.

pixelated?
the black small lines are from the Real jersey of Indonesia Cycling.
It's an Official shirt

(new official one is without the black around the circle and only a line )
The templates are the ones the_hoyle also asked for in that latest topic

Still if it isn't good as an world maillot.

because it's also their flag |

Pixelation yes.
In this link i've marked out the worst of the pixelated areas as well as some other things i noticed upon closer inspection https://prntscr.com/6jix0t
Some of it, like the curving on the bands, does lessen in the mini-maillot but it can be made even better. Certainly i know it's possible to make smooth curves.
The other issue i spotted was that the UCI Logo overlaps the center logo and the white ontop of the shoulders. You can see the two red corners very clearly on the white areas. It's a small detail but one you should see and correct if you spent some real time and effort trying to make the jersey as perfect as possible
There's also a problem with the blue band on the right side. It's a non-continuous line where is passes from the center logo to the outside of the shirt. It's a small issue, but one that should not be there at all if you were making the proper effort.
This might sound harsh, because it is. But it's only because i want you to get better.

can you help and say how to make proper curved lines in photoshop.
because i tried everything. that i could find.
I haven't noticed the UCI logo overlapping the parts, it was an exident. it can happen
its just the problem that you can't make curved lines in photoshop with 1 EASY Tool!

Similar programmes like GIMP or Paint.net have the same principles and only change slightly, but still have the same functionality.
Yes these are more complicated and time consuming methods, but the results are much much better.

If you think that one of the best graphics programs is shit because you don't want to learn how to use it and it is, and I quote, a pain in the ass to use any tool that will do a proper job then you should just give up. I'm sorry but that is pathetic what you have said.

don't work.
They do work, it's why there are litteraly tens of articles telling you how to make them work. You are wrong.

i don't mean it in that way.
i certainly want to learn much,
but that this program just don't have a simple curved line tool is just fucking stupid, that's just the simplest thing they could do.
just help me with the curved line question.
