Carlsbegr have had a disappointing Tour Down Under so far, Haussler took 15th in Stage 2, Arvesen 18th in Stage 3. Beppu again was in the break for Stage 2 while Fefj tried to get in the break on Stage 3 - but he stopped attacking for a downhill section and when it flatttened out the break was too far gone.

Overall standings after Stage 3:

14 Kurt-Asle Arvesen CARLSBERG - CBB CYCLING s.t.
15 Heinrich Haussler CARLSBERG - CBB CYCLING s.t.
21 Marcus Ljungqvist CARLSBERG - CBB CYCLING s.t.
23 Simon Malone CARLSBERG - CBB CYCLING s.t.
36 Jukka Vastaranta CARLSBERG - CBB CYCLING s.t.
51 Frederik-Emil Friis Jakobsen CARLSBERG - CBB CYCLING + 4'54
63 Hjarne Siemen CARLSBERG - CBB CYCLING + 6'51
74 Fumiyuki Beppu CARLSBERG - CBB CYCLING + 9'11
