8. A rider may only be transferred, traded, loaned or signed as a free agent TWICE in the transfer period. However, a rider may be transferred, traded or signed as a free agent TWICE and then loaned.

Im going to add another rule that will be a general aide to buyers:
If youre selling or looking to sell someone, state the wage and role of that rider.

I don't know but maybe i am wrong, but are some people offering roles to riders that have teams. Would they not just be the same role and slightly altered wage (new wage being + 10%). And that the only thing we should be offering for riders with teams are riders of our own or a sum of money.

If I put up a rider for sale does that mean that I have to sell him or can i keep him if i don't get what i search? |

as long as you don't accept the offers, you should be able to keep him. But if you accept and they confirm, then you can't back out

I have a rule suggestion: It's not allowed to go over your budget at any time - not even when it's only offers.
I noticed that SotD was making bids for pretty much every good riders, so I checked his budget, and it's very, very red at the moment
It's of course impossible to check all the time, but I still think there should be a rule disallowing it. Otherwise, I can just go around and raise every bid, hoping that they won't go through. |

a question, now that I have 2 teams, am I allowed to bid with both of my teams on 1 rider cos I'd also love Sieberg for Credit Lyonnais but I can understand that that may seem unfair so I guess thats forbidden?
