Its just easier to use the 24 hour system cause thats what the forum uses. In Britain, we normally use 7:13pm Stemple.
Guys remember that 2 hours is a rough estimate. Could be sooner, could be later

Probably not, we tend to ignore that jersey in-game as it is unreliable and doesnt show the true result as it looks for riders who were under 25 in 2006.
