That was quite a superior performance by Martin, keeping the peloton in such a way in check. Nice to see Gilbert with a late attack, hopefully he'll show more in the coming days.

Since nobody in peloton cared about winning in last 15kms (apart from that minimalistic Valverde dig), that was a walk in the park for multiple TT world champion, rather than a superior performance. Smile

But nice win for Tony indeed, he can repeat that in last day of this race...
I'll be back

Arashiro once again within the Top 15 for the stage, with eighth place this time round.

Zabel'ed!

Orica GreenEdge. Superior isn't the right word I was searching for though, right. Decent, competent? Something like that.

Orica GreenEdge.

I did not see them pulling much to be honest. Smile
I would say very good. Grin

Everyone of the break was caught but him, it clearly wasn't just a walk in the park.

No Daryl Impey this year, so Michael Matthews makes it a third straight year of winning the same stage for Orica GreenEDGE.

Arashiro higher everyday. Should win the time trial at this rate.

Shonak
Arashiro also had a crash or puncture (not sure what excatly) shortly at the top of the climb, few kms from the finish.

Gerrans with quite a lead-out today.
