The Bracket will be posted tomorrow at Noon USA EST.
I will be as a fair as possible when determining who makes the bracket for the jerseys that haven't received any votes because I need to cut it the field to 64.
I'm highly considering a few play-in rounds for those jerseys with no votes because a few of the CT teams didn't get the same amount of exposure since there jersey weren't made yet. But, I'll see what the numbers look like after I tally them up tonight.

So, a Play-IN round is needed to cut the field down to 64 Teams.
I have grouped them in 3 groups of 3 to decide this.
The Winner of each group is the jersey that gets 10 votes the fastest.
Which ever jersey out of the 3 groups gets the 10 votes first gets the
Play-IN 1st spot, 2nd jersey gets the 2nd spot, and obviously 3rd gets 3rd.
