I think the green works. Its not a natural combination for sure, but its Cannondale green and it has to be there. The colours are pretty much forced on him due to sponsor demands.
And its really nice ingame too 
My favourite is the Italian one personally.

In my "Nordic Cycling" story Argos pulled their sponsorship so I made a jersey for Shimano as sole sponsor. Wanted to keep it in the tradition of the Argos jersey and I think it went ok.

Gonna make a bunch of NC's for the Shimano jersey for Bikex's DB, so if anyone has any NC you think I should make feel free to suggest.
I will be making (pretty much) all the tri-colour NC's as it's quite easy to make the others once the first is made (GB, Italy, France, NL, Bel etc) as well as Japan, China and South Korea and the WC's. I'll probably end up making the Nordic NC's as well
