When transfer window is closed you cant make transfers, but perhaps we can say you join after some time in the season

Important update:
When the transfer window closes the 4 other Pro Tour Teams (Euskatel, Movistar, AG2R and Vacansoliel) will be able to command, if you want just put an answer in this thread saying which team you would like.
Example:
Hey my name is LeTrik and i would like Movistar!
Do take note that you cant buy/sell riders in this transfer window if you take over 1 of the new teams.

I was hoping that vacansoleil wouldn't join this season, wanted to buy hoogerland, feillu, bozic, carrara and poels next season. but now that is impossible
