Holy second coming is right! Talk about Merckx's twin! And strong team? Maybe strong for a German CT team, but it looks like a just above-average CT team overall. Smile

He won't exceed 77 in any stat though Wink

And do you know how Stölting looks like at the start of 2013? Pfft

Well, just playing around with Satisfaction now, if this goes well, I dont see any major bugs stopping me from starting a story, correct me if there are bugs I've not noticed though.

I don't know if it's a bug, but two things:

ACC seems bugged.
In the last 1.5k of a sprint, even if I go only a few metres after the guys in the line behind me do, it takes me ages longer to get top speed, by which time the others are 5 bike lenghts ahead.

Sometimes, I feel like the old bug of the protecting rider using less energy than the protected one returned with the new patch.
No serious testing, but I have a lot of situations in hillier races where it is that way, with the protecting rider both weaker and with worse fitness, yet having 3-4bpm lower heart beat at the same speed.

Okay thanks. 3D race changes in future patches will take affect anyways (so its not a huge deal to me if a few times I notice a bug like you said, so long as its not happening every stage), and actually Im not totally sure, but career changes in future patches might just take a season to work in some cases, like satisfaction, instead of what I used to think, that they wouldn't work at all, because of the HC schedule testing I did which made me believe otherwise.

Occasionally this happens because the protected rider has to catch up to the protecting after losing the wheel. This happens a lot in the front of the arrowhead. Wink

Well I am aware of that and only judge situations where their speed was similar for a few km.

I know there are lots of factors playing a part, but I have a really bad memory of that very existent bug a few editions ago, so I might indeed be a bit paranoid about this.
It was so bad that using your leader to protect another guy was really the best way to conserve energy with him...

Someone's an addict. Pfft No, it really is fun to play a good career. I've never gotten past 2021 though, as almost everyone is gone by then.

Have bought my first copy of PCM since 2008, just waiting for it to arrive now! Have already decided that my team of choice will be NetApp - Endura.

I'm going to tweet my story via @pcm_NetApp and see how it goes!

Why the hell does Team Sky send Chris Froome to the Tour de Langekawi? How am I supposed to beat him?

Umm...use dope? Blood doping, PEDs, and Weed. That should do it, if you include multiple training camps, which is just extra PEDs.

guys... a question concerning my career.

Who should I put as leader in the giro? 76MO/74HI/68TT or 75MO/74HI/72TT. Before the first MO stage they're 20 sec apart.. already after the hilly TT, and only a MO TT left.

Don't know who I should have to protect who?

I'd say the first one.

My hunch as wellWink Was wondering how much importance I should give to TT skills, so I asked.

Raced a few more today.

Got 2nd at the Tour of Szekerland(epic race with a MTTT & a MTT). A break stayed away at the mountain stage, including a LKT rider. An attack by Minnaard(62MO) got away, but I couldn't get it back with my 66MO guy, I reacted too late. Gap got smaller and smaller & smaller, but in the end, he was 20 seconds ahead of me at the finish. Also, his team was stronger at the MTTT, and I couldn't get enough time back at the MTT.

Also, I got 4th at Valle D'Aosta. Just the consistency trick again, always finishing Top 8 brings you a nice 4th place Wink

I'm in a big doubt now though. The German that got 2nd at Ronde de L'Isard is still free. And a look at the ending 2014 German contracts learns that there aren't a lot of climbers available to sign next season. Hmm... Allright, if he wins an Avenir stage or Top 3 GC, I sign him. I think.

I'm just afraid that he signs with a big WT team until 2016, and I can't get him for a long time, and it turns out he is a future TdF winner. Argh.

Only have some Asian races left, think I'll simulate them, can't wait for the new season.
