Yes, the R-Sys is, but if I were to get a wheelset from Mavic it would most likely be in the Ksyrium range. |

Nice, ive got Fulcrum Racing Ones on my Tarmac Atm they look really nice! and when i get closer to summer and have a bit more cash im going to get some Roval Deep sections. |

First ride since about December 12th ish, so a full month for us, and it was about 5 degrees above freezing with gale force winds. Fun times over the moors.

Though my last ride was in middle of december on slippery ice, here on the coast!

Hehe, i live in the country side so the tree canopies cover the roads making it icy most of the time. Im really going hard on the turbo at the moment though. |

I rode on the turbo(British word or something? Never heard that before, SMOOTHIE!! )today, and found out that I've ridden about 300 kilometres, only intervals. WHat type of intervals do you have on the TURBO? |

My interval training:
10 Mins warm up
5x 30 seconds on 1:30 off
4X 30 seconds on 30 secs off
3x 40 secs on 20 secs off
3x 1 min on 1 min off
2x 2 min on 1 min off
1x 4 mins
10 mins warm down
Thats what i have off the top of my head anyway. Cant be arsed to add it all up |

Something wrong with the wheels, so I get the newest Ritchey WCS(the lightest ones) wheels for free!
Smoothie, what about zone 3? Like 8-30 minutes?
Today I had:
10 min warm-up
5x5 min i4, 2 minutes off
then 2x8 minutes i3/i4, 2 mins sitting, 2 mins standing 2 mins sitting and like that  |
