I don't know where it's coming from that the people always having a lot of responsibility have absolutely no sense for what the (the team) really is.
As I said before Biathlon as absolutely ridicilous because Neuner retired etc. and they expected from the 2nd team a performance of those from Torino/Vancouver whilst not having those athletes anymore.
Also the bob is absolutely horrible, other nations like GB are working with companies like McLaren now to improve their bob and they improved a lot.
Here? Absolutely nothing but at least the Luge is the Winter games horse riding for Germany, they deliver gold.
