As far as I know, there is no "english only" version. Where do you want to buy it?
If you go to the official page (for example using one of the links posted here), you can see which languages are included (see game info at the bottom left).
But to answer your question: No, there is no language pack.

why do you have to wait until 6 o'clock in the afternoon to get it on steam. FUCK SAKE, that's another day i will have to wait because of downloading it.

I disagree w/ this. Since the very first PCM I played w/c is 2010, I experienced mass crashes, up until PCM 2013.

yep they changed the time. Bit of a let down for people who bought the game early on steam
might as well have gotten it at game mania yesterday.,..

Currently downloading via Steam. First time i've ever downloaded a game via Steam before and i am impressed at how easy and quick it's going. Looking forward to giving it a quick try this evening but am a bit skeptical about having to now use it via the Steam platform which has been really annoying/bad in the past.
Not going to get much use out of it for a while though so by the time i come back to it in a few months it will be great to have a fully working game with good dbs (hint hint)
only got 55 minutes left. Great timing of the game coming out as well,as i have just had my last exam of the year this morning. Now i hae a long summer until end of September to play
