A wise man once told me, in order to be fast, you have to look fast.

Now, now, trying to get 'friendly' with the race officials is cheating!

As long as you stay on your bike while doing so it's fine.

Well, here's a picture of me in a race, crossing the line maybe for 10th I think. This was a bloody hard stage. The 20th lost about 5 minutes.

It was easy. 23% hill slowed me down each lap and the official just had to run uphill at my pace, junk waggling, pelvis thrust outwards. We had a good system.

Won my first race of the year tonight. Broke away with 2 others and dropped 1 pretty quickly. Me and the remaining guy worked well and built up a gap of around a minute. He sat on my wheel for the last 1km, but I kicked hard with 100m to go and he couldnt come round me |

Unlucky, it wasn't an easy race. I thought I saw you, just wasn't sure. |

My brother at Tallinn- Tartu GP

The white blue guy. He was somewhere in the middle of the main group.

i take solace in the fact that i wasn't first dropped and i was the only junior. i only kinda knew it was you when the woman who picked me up in her car talked about you. now i've fixed my quick release system though

Killed it today in my race. Tried a few early moves, none of which stuck for long, bossed around the front of the pack for the second half of the race, attacked last lap about 1 k to go, looked back, big gap, looked forward realized I was going to miss the turn, tried to correct, slid out 200 meters from the line. The guy who won, in the post race interview, said he was sure he was sprinting for second until I crashed. My teammate said I was so far gone, everybody was resigned to fighting it out for second.i I would have gotten maximum points for my upgrade and had plenty of time to post up. Guess who's bustin out the ben and jerry's tonight.
Edit: and. The entire crowd got a good view of my ass. And I ruined a pair of shorts.

Well, you sound like your in great form right now. Hopefully you can hold it for next race and there you can smoke the competition. Thats a tough break. Just a question what style of rider do you think you are? A climber, hill specialist?

Fat kid with a semi quick finish. I don't like waiting for sprints, like today. Last time I waited for a sprint I started from 7th and ended 2nd. I do mostly flat races, with some hillyy races thrown in to humble me.

Thats the most exciting style. Similar to the Voecklers of the world. Good luck jumping from the pack with 1km to go in future races.

Thanks. I want my cat 2 upgrade pretty bad so I can do pro races every weekend. On monday there is a p/1/2/3 race I am doing which is the finale to an omnium who's winner gets a spot on a team racing againts the pros at Nature Valley GP. Its gonna be hard. Usually I end up attacking in the pro races I do, even if I don't have a chance. It's just too much fun.

And win a few of course!
I hope you make it to the Nature Vallet GP.
