Just read that you wrote the team nationality was correct not the rider nationality. 
So my guess it's an Italian team, which can only be Lampre.. Durasek? |

It was a guess, but I used some of your PCS tactics this time. Fortunately I guessed the Vuelta and then ruled out Sbaragli and Richeze.
Okay guys, you know the drill. PCM 2013, this rider is now retired but previously rode in the World Tour.
