I could use a mini-jersey and a giro helmet, please. I have Photoshop but still can't seem to open .dds files.

Nice jersey.
As for the dds files, you need to have the nVidia Texture Tools installed. It includes a dds plugin for Photoshop.

If you have Photoshop CC I think there's a workaround where you can place dds.8bi in Plugins/File Format.
