well, if you're superstitious, you'll hate this, but:

I was a millisecond away from writing in my stage preview (and I still think this way) that there is no way that will happen.

sorry Wink

Wouldnt it be better for CSC to send a man up the road they wouldnt have to chase then Wink

I fail to see why that shouldn't be possible. CSC has declared that they're ready to lose the jersey tomorrow. It's likely that a breakaway will make it (because of the many hills). Voigt always attacks = Voigt can win.

u have a point but i dont think CSC will sacrifice the jersey likely u only have to look at how cnacellara kept the jersy in the tour of switzerland on the last climb, i think they will have someone in the break but not voigt

1. as I said, Sastre heavily opposes the leading team putting someone in a break. for some reason he thinks it's unethical.

2. if any CSC went tomorrow it would not be Voigt. every year, Voigt drops back in one stage, saves himself, to give it all in a break the next day. he busted himself yesterday to save the jersey and worked hard today.

3. if a break makes it, it's about who in the break can attack on the final hill. Voigt is not that kind of rider.

I really like Voigt's attitude, but sorry. I just don't see it happening Smile

But this is not Tour of Switzerland - this is Le Tour, and Cancellara knows that his time is over. "Focus will be moved from Cancellara to Sastre and Schleck", CSC's sports director said today. And that also means the other riders can start attacking. Voigt loves attacking, but has been quite silent until now. He will attack tomorrow. Wait and see Smile

we will, won't we?... Smile

if anyone attacks tomorrow it's Arvesen...but I highly doubt there's going to be a CSC there.

let's see who Discovery can put there. they have a lot of well placed people on GC to take the jersey.

Hopefully the barloworld rider will be Thomas, nice to see him up front near the finish today.

Me and Addy just found out that we stayed in the same hotel in London and stood very close to each other on Blackfriars bridge in stage 1!

I still don't get why you didn't arrange some kind of PCM.daily meeting.

Journalist: "but now seriously?"
MB: "I was serious, I decide that and they have a bit of respect for this old man so they rode slowly".

Rémi Di Gregorio abandoned today after a crash.

Xabier Zandio also didn't finish, I'd guess due to his crash the other day.

EDIT: broken collarbone. ouch.
